Waldorf Project I Future Food Sensory

There is a global growing trend preferring experiences to products, to counterpoise our digital and abstract world and a need to be deeply moved, to feel completely alive. The Waldorf Project is an immersive experience on a theatrical grand stage in which art is consumed through all the senses. The experience will unite the senses through food, scent, drink, movement, sound, and environment. The main concept is the synergy between the various aspects of the event and the imaginations of the creative team: a food designer, a choreographer, a production designer, a costume designer, a product designer, and a sound designer, all being directed and orchestrated by British artist Sean Rogg. 

The Waldorf Project/ Chapter Four/ Barakah will be staged under the concept of the Japanese emotion AMAE, a temporary surrender in perfect safety. Seven courses will be interwoven with a cutting-edge enchanting theatre, all carefully crafted and choreographed to test your responses and manipulate your emotions.

Aldo Rossi (born 1931), one of the most influential architects during the period 1972-1988, has accomplished the unusual feat of achieving international recognition in three distinct areas: theory, drawing, and architecture. In 1966 Aldo Rossi published the book The Architecture of the City, which subsequently was translated into several languages and enjoyed enormous international success. Marc Quinn Archaeology of Art

The Archaeology of Art sculptures are based on the forms of real shells - the most perfect pre-existing sculptural 'readymades' in our natural world. The found forms are enlarged using a 3D printer and cast in aluminium, concrete, stainless steel or bronze. Marc Quinn polishes the inside of the shells to a high sheen, contrasting with their heavily textured surfaces. Like the rings on a tree, these surfaces tell of the age and history of the object, like some kind of found structural diagram, whereas the sculpture’s highly polished, reflective insides remain in the present moment, continually reflecting the present. Designer and Architect, Marcel Breuer (1902 - 1981) can be regarded as one of the most influential and important designers of the 20th century.
